Arizona Tax Specialists is able to provide tax service for residents of all states except Oregon. We have a California registered preparer on staff. Whether you live in Maine or across the street from our office, we're here to provide you with expert, confidential tax service. Our fee schedule, including any discounts noted on this site, are exactly the same for our tax by mail service. There is an additional charge for your preferred method of shipping (whether FED EX or Certified Mail).
How It Works . . . .
Step 1: We'll send you one of our client organizers to help you know what documents to send us.
Step 2: Make copies of your driver's license (the spouses as well if filing jointly) and all social security cards of those who will be listed on the return.
Step 3: Sign the enclosed attestation stating that the information you are providing is correct and mail it to the address provided.
Step 4: We will call you once the materials are received and schedule a time to conduct a phone interview and ensure your taxes are properly cared for as well as discuss filing options.
